Great location near popular attractions and subway access. Trendy and cool decor throughout the hotel.

Issues with check-in and unfulfilled requests. Breakfast service at the restaurant was average.

Thompson's staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming me warmly. The location was ideal for exploring downtown, and the beautiful decor and delicious food at Felice's bar and restaurant made my stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this hotel.

The location was peaceful, at a moderate distance from a cable-stayed bridge. I had a wonderful stay and will be back, thank you.

Cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the stylish and cool decor in both the public areas and the rooms. The location in the Financial Area was perfect for us, with easy access to Wall Street, the World Trade Center, and City Hall. The proximity to a subway stop made it convenient to explore the city and zip uptown quickly.

Hotel was tidy and luxurious with professional staff and handy location close to great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, central heating, a laptop-size safe and flat-screen television in the room. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. I enjoyed my stay, had a brilliant experience.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about, I recommend it. Had good stay on the weekend, the staff were competent, location was prime and near several subway stops.

The hotel is located in a great area, surrounded by a quiet neighborhood at night. It is in a very quiet and easy to get to neighborhood, making it convenient to explore the financial district. The service at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the front desk to breakfast service and room cleaners, the staff met all of our expectations in a friendly and timely manner. They even provided a complimentary upgrade to a little larger room and gave us a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our special occasion.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with top-notch service.

The hotel is situated near the seaport, providing easy access to the 9-11 museum and the Statue of Liberty. It is also conveniently located close to the metro stop Fulton Street, making it easy to explore the city with several subway lines available. The pillows in the rooms are reported to be uncomfortable, making it difficult for some guests to get a good night's sleep.

It was a such great stay, stylish place. Everything was great, UNBEATABLE location near Brooklyn cruise terminal, the staff were responsive. I had a double room and I loved it. Exceptionally comfortable bed.

The room was new-fashioned and decent sized, had a fairly nice stay in February. The hotel offered a prepaid breakfast, it was included.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! it is located near subway stations which are so easy to use making it a great area to explore. Secondly, the staff were exceptional as they met all of our expectations in a friendly and timely manner. Lastly, the amenities such as the fitness studio, library, and entertainment facilities were very impressive.

The location scared me the first 2 days, I could never find it ... less easy than on Time square ... but in the end being next to the old port and in a very quiet area was great ... no flaws !!!!

I recently stayed at Gild Hall for a business trip in the Financial District. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, allowing me to easily walk to client meetings and nearby attractions like the Brooklyn Bridge and One World Observatory. The room was well-designed and had hardwood floors, which I appreciated for cleanliness. The bathroom had great water pressure. The hotel staff were exceptional, providing a warm welcome and assisting with special requests. The housekeeping and overnight front desk service were both excellent. The breakfast plan offered delicious options, including avocado toast. The hotel also had a great selection of snacks. my stay at Gild Hall was lovely, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent position. Despite comments about small rooms - I have no reservations about the size of the room where two suitcases can fit together :-)

Well located boutique hotel, the rooms are comfortable, I had no problem with noise, the best thing was the attention of the very attentive and friendly reception staff.

The restaurant is a bit expensive for the quantity and quality of the food. Some rooms have a bit of a damp smell.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The attention to detail was a plus! We were welcomed every afternoon with a glass of house sparkling wine. The drink bar was excellent.

Well placed to explore on your own. subway is next door, close to the 9/11 Memorial and other attractions. hotel staff is very attentive and restaurant on the first floor is very good, is clearly a plus.

Perhaps it is not a good option to go with small children, not because of the hotel itself, but because the neighborhood is mainly for adults, so the facilities in the nearby sectors are more intended for adults than for children.

I recently stayed at a hotel for Easter and there were a few things that I really liked about it. First of all, the hotel was located in a great area. It was centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service and made me feel right at home. Lastly, the room was clean and comfortable. the bed was cozy and I had a great night's sleep.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel. there was a mandatory facility fee that was not clearly stated during the reservation process.

Located in the Financial District with a wonderful small intimate restaurant just around the corner from the metro station, Gild Hall provides a very comfy stay. WiFi is fast and the minibar is well stocked. The professional and patient staff provides excellent service, and complimentary bottle of wine and room upgrade make guests welcomed.

No negative aspect was mentioned in the reviews.

As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the convenient location of Gild Hall. It was in the heart of the Financial District, close to the Fulton St subway station, and within walking distance of many attractions like Battery Park, 9/11 Memorial, and the Brooklyn Bridge. The room was also well-equipped with all the necessary facilities.

I felt very comfortable during my stay at Gild Hall, with no complaints whatsoever.

Breakfast served by the Felice restaurant and its staff on the edge of unpleasantness

We recently stayed at Gild Hall and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's decor was modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. We even received a thoughtful surprise in our room for my birthday. we highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.

Well located close to the World Trade Center, pleasant hosts, Prosecco offered in the afternoon and until the evening.... Rooms are also of good size.
